As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
- Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided
- Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
- Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members
- Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned
- Coach and train restoration technicians, being able to perform the duties of teams being supervised
