Registered Nurse (RN) – Women's Services

$20,000 Commitment Bonus (2 Years)

Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts, Full‑time nights (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)

Location: Maria Parham Medical Center – Henderson, NC

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Women’s Services Department. In this role you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and support quality, compassionate care.

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care, monitor patient condition, and communicate with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
• Advocate for patients’ physical and emotional well‑being.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current RN license in North Carolina (or compact license).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required).
• ACLS and PALS (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year RN experience in Labor & Delivery or Medical/Surgical settings.
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification (required).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required).
