As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll be joining a compassionate, dedicated team where your skills, empathy, and commitment truly make a difference in the lives of our patients and community.
Essential Functions- Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
- Documents patient care given.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient and family.
- Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition and ambulation.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition and circumstances.
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Assures quality of care by measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards.
- Delivers compassionate, high‑quality care across a variety of patient needs.
- Utilizes your clinical expertise to guide and implement individualized plans of care.
- Serves as a patient‑care innovator, using the latest technology and best practices.
- Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
- One year of RN experience (preferred, but not required)
