Flexibility to work in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and adapt to new technologies is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care in clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals.
  • Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Review patient histories, diagnose, recommend treatments, and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Document accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Order tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on ongoing care.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and support new employees.
  • Maintain professional credibility, foster a positive work environment, and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Perform periodic on-call duties and comply with all licensing and certification requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • 1-2 years of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
  • Active license, DEA registration, and state-specific credentials; DOT certification within 120 days.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and use virtual communication effectively.
  • Preferred experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, or family medicine.
