We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities- Performing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications, collecting specimens, and delivering clinical treatments
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient conditions to the care team, patients, and families
- Ensuring accurate documentation of care and updates to the interdisciplinary care plan
- Performing quality improvement assessments and other assigned duties
- Current RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
- Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS), PALS, and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
