We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and leadership support to our residents and clinical team.
Position OverviewAs an RN/LPN Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will oversee resident care, support nursing staff, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote positive outcomes and enhance the resident experience.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring and documenting resident responses.
Perform and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations.
Provide wound care, catheter care, injections, and other nursing procedures as needed.
Collect and monitor clinical information to support resident care plans.
Recognize changes in resident conditions and communicate concerns promptly to appropriate team members.
Assist with staff guidance, coaching, and support to promote quality care delivery.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, residents, and families to ensure excellent care coordination.
Successful candidates will have:
Current and active RN or LPN license.
Associate Degree in Nursing preferred.
Current CPR and first aid certification.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
A commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
A professional and dependable approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
