QualificationsTo be successful in this role
, you must have:
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR Certification
Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care experience
As a Registered Nurse
, you will:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care.
Administer medications, complete assessments, perform wound care, and maintain accurate documentation.
Supervise and support the daily nursing activities of Nursing Assistants.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the attending physician.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
