Join our busy general surgery practice with three experienced surgeons dedicated to providing high-quality surgical care to patients throughout our community. Our team includes physicians, nurses, certified medical assistants, patient service representatives, and referral specialists who work together to support patients from consultation through post-operative recovery. We care for a wide variety of surgical conditions and procedures while focusing on patient education, safety, and exceptional service.

A Certified Nursing Assistant who excels in this role:

• Performs basic patient care as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, possible blood glucose measurements, and accurate intake/output recording.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation).
• Observes and promptly reports abnormal physical, mental, or emotional findings to nursing staff.
• Keeps patient rooms and common areas clean, safe, and appropriately stocked.
• Manages the tech desk; supports nursing/physician staff and department throughput.
• Documents care and activities per unit standards.

Basic Life Support certification is required.

High School diploma preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant Certification required
