Gentiva Hospice seeks a compassionate PRN Hospice LPN to deliver hands-on nursing care in patients' homes, assisted living, or facility settings. You will work under RN supervision, assess needs, and support the interdisciplinary team in executing individualized care plans.
Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited practical nursing program with an active LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties are required to support patients and families.
