The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Henderson, NC. This position is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing product information to support customer purchasing decisions. The role includes maintaining and growing existing accounts, proactively following up on leads, and collaborating with outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.

Daily activities involve responding to phone and email requests, identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate electrical products, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact through post‑sale support. The Inside Sales Representative also assists with pricing, order tracking, and basic problem resolution to uphold service standards and customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with the ability to manage inquiries, prepare quotes, and close orders effectively.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building rapport and providing responsive, solutions‑oriented support.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify new opportunities, nurture relationships, and grow existing business.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and clear email correspondence.
• Basic understanding of electrical products or willingness to learn industry‑specific product knowledge.
• Proficiency with business software (MS Office, Excel, Word etc.) for quoting, order entry, and account tracking.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Henderson, NC, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
