* Act as the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for a top-tier buying experience
* Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to generate and confirm sales appointments
* Rapidly respond to internet leads across all departments
* Track, manage, and nurture leads to maximize showroom traffic and conversions
* Keep all websites updated with compelling, sales-driven offers and promotions
* Manage and post social media content to drive engagement and lead generation
* Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reporting on results
* Serve as the go-to CRM resource, ensuring accurate data and team usage
* Support sales initiatives and step in wherever needed to hit dealership goals## Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Sales-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up
* Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
* Strong communication and closing skills (phone, text, email)
* Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Word, and Excel
* Highly organized, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets
* Valid driver’s license with clean record
* Ability to pass background and drug screening--
