Construction Worker

Job Description

Provides a wide range of support duties involving site civil, process mechanical and underground utilities such as digging and spreading dirt in order to level earth to fine grade specifications, driving off‑road haul trucks, grinding, sanding, or polishing surfaces such as marble, terrazzo, or wood flooring. Performs other duties as required, including maintenance activities such as lubricating machinery, stocking construction materials, and decontaminating hazardous materials.

No degree required. One year of remediation/construction site experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required; the frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties and project demands. Equivalent directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Mechanical aptitude, including power tool use and repair; able to adapt when assignments change frequently. Work within standards of accuracy and understand information stated in terms of measurable standards. Solid knowledge of all hand and power tools.
