Salary Range: $26.75 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience preferred in diesel, trailer, or transport refrigeration maintenance (DOT annual inspections & air brakes required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must own a toolbox and possess required tools
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
• Strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs
• Conduct brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections
• Diagnose electrical systems and ABS brake system repairs
• Provide tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs
• Carry out structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts
• Troubleshoot APUs and provide road service calls
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and service company vehicles
• Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and other tools
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed
