 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 No Weekends

Are you an experienced commercial diesel or heavy-duty truck parts professional looking for a stable, day-shift role? Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a dependable Parts Clerk to support our fleet service shop in Henderson, NC.

• Order parts from approved vendors and create purchase orders
• Receive, stock, label, and organize parts inventory
• Maintain bin locations and accurate inventory levels
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Supply technicians with parts needed for repairs
• Process parts returns, warranties, and slow-moving inventory
• Operate a forklift to load/unload parts
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe
• Answer phones and assist customers as needed
• Support shop operations and perform additional duties as assigned

• 3+ years of parts experience (preferred) in any of the following:
 
• Heavy-duty truck or trailer
 
• Transport refrigeration
 
• Fleet or dealership environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
