Your Mission

In collaboration with the HSE Manager of the site, the HSE Engineer/Animator contributes to the deployment of the Group's Hygiene, Safety and Environment policy in their area of intervention. In this role, they ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements in terms of health, safety, and hygiene.

Main activities:

• Develop and implement an effective safety, hygiene, and environmental prevention system (procedures, equipment)
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework in the areas of safety, health, and the environment.
• Conduct assessments of professional and environmental risks.
• Write and maintain the unique document and take all necessary measures for the safety of people and the environment.
• Identify and prevent risks to equipment and buildings (fire, ATEX, chemicals…).
• Report on performance in terms of safety, hygiene, and the environment.
• Implement and follow improvement plans. Ensure continuous improvement of processes to exceed safety, hygiene, and environmental requirements.
• Strengthen the practice of the HSE management system for users, using improvement tools.
• Conduct and participate in HSE audits.
• Animate and train teams on HSE topics and sensitize staff to the importance of their safety and health at work, and environmental issues. Create an HSE culture at the establishment level.
• In collaboration with occupational health services and HR, implement and monitor actions to maintain employee activity.
