Crossroads Family Care is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused General Dentist to join our mission-driven team serving the East Texas community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay.

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of medical, dental, and behavioral health professionals dedicated to improving the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages

Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, preventive care, restorative procedures, extractions, and patient education

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver whole-person care

Utilize modern equipment and evidence-based practices in a supportive clinical environment

Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and positively impact community health

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
