Qualifications:

• Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician in the state of Texas
• Experience working within school settings and knowledge of special education processes
• Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse student populations
• Detail-oriented and organized, with proven time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for referred students
• Interpret data to help develop appropriate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student accommodations
• Provide consultative services regarding instructional strategies, interventions, and eligibility decisions
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for both direct and indirect services
• Deliver services in-person within the school district, ensuring student and staff engagement
