Industrial Manufacturing Electrician

West Fraser is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Electrician to support safe, reliable operations in our modern wood products facility. In this role, you'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, motors, and controls on high-volume production equipment. You will interpret schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, and controls in a manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams on equipment improvements
• Document maintenance activities and report equipment issues promptly
• Support commissioning, upgrades, and optimization of electrical systems
