Gastroenterology Opportunity in Asheville, North Carolina
Build a High-Demand GI Program in the Blue Ridge Mountains

A respected, not-for-profit health system in Asheville, is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to help grow a new in-house GI program. With more than 400 referrals per month and strong relationships across the region, you will step into immediate volume, excellent support, and a chance to shape a service line in a community that values both quality care and quality of life.

Practice Overview      Mix of inpatient and outpatient GI with opportunities for advanced procedures
Access to three hospital-based procedure rooms with block time available
Strong support from a dedicated colorectal surgeon and an established cancer program
Leadership opportunity to help establish and guide the GI team
Regional collaborations with Duke, UNC, Wake Forest, and MUSC
Call is limited to no more than 1 in 4
Schedule      Two days per week in the OR and two clinic days
Predictable Monday through Friday schedule
Compensation & Benefits      Base salary of $601,000 with additional RVU compensation
$50,000 signing bonus and annual quality bonus

Student loan repayment options and eligibility for   PSLF
PTO and relocation assistance included
