Rehab Director; RD COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP

Position Overview

Broad River Rehab, a newly opened skilled nursing facility in Hendersonville, NC, is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (PT/OT/COTA/SLP/PTA). This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and is open to candidates with licensure in their respective fields.

• Oversee delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP) in a skilled nursing setting.
• Manage department operations and support clinical excellence.
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.
• Implement and maintain compliance with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

• Current state licensure in PT, OT, COTA, SLP, or PTA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
