Night Shift Machine Operator (2nd Shift and 3rd Shift)
Haynes Wire specializes in a metalworking process that reduces the cross-section of wire by pulling it through a single, or series of, drawing die(s).
What you will do:
- Reduce the diameter of wire by skillfully adjusting machines to pull the wire through a series of holes (or dies)
- Set up and operate large industrial machines
- Operate hoists, pulleys and various other hand tools
- Read and understand production orders
What we expect of Machine Operators:
- At least one-year experience within a manufacturing facility
- Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and ability to check your own work for accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good work ethic and attendance
Benefits & Pay:
- Starting pay is $21.80-$23.00 hourly. With good performance, additional pay increases occur within 3 months and at 1 year

- Benefits start at 30 days

- In addition to vacation pay, all eligible full-time employees receive 12 paid Holidays, including 5 days the week of Christmas.
