Job Description:

Shift: PRN - Wednesdays 11am-1pm

Location:

50 Hospital Drive, Hendersonville, NC

* Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care.

* Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family. Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.

* Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.

* Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure, and pursues ongoing professional growth and development.

* Provides patient education and support to address identified needs.

* Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

* Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
