The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to step into a key leadership role as our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). • Support and partner with the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations
• Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Assist with care planning, assessments, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor clinical outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in infection control and survey readiness efforts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive positive resident outcomes

• Active, unencumbered RN license (required)
• Previous long-term care experience (required)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and support a team-focused environment
