Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: The Greens at Hendersonville, NC

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 (Full-Time)

We are seeking motivated and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care, support clinical operations, and help ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• 12‑hour shifts:
  • 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• At least one year of long-term care experience preferred
