Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in providing exceptional care by:
Providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders
Performing resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation
Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during daily clinical operations
Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding resident outcomes
Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Active, unrestricted North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Current CPR Certification
Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
