Registered Nurse - Oncology in Hendersonville, NC

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years’ acute Medical-Surgical Oncology experience
• Comprehensive understanding of chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and oncology protocols
• BLS certification required; ONS chemotherapy certification highly preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative inpatient setting

• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions for oncology patients with varying acuity
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy, and monitor for adverse effects
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, side effects, and expectations
• Demonstrate compassionate care, patient advocacy, and a commitment to positive outcomes and safety standards
• Document thoroughly and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
