Registered Nurse Ortho Trauma

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Ortho Trauma to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized orthopedic trauma setting.

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitor responses, and document care thoroughly.
• Administer medications, observe therapeutic effects, and address adverse reactions.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information clearly.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years; exemptions available for experienced RNs.
• Preferred Education:
  
  Master's in Nursing.
• Licensure:
  Current RN license in the state, with BLS certification; national specialty certification preferred.
• Experience:
  
  At least one year of nursing experience.
