Role Overview
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing unit functions. They partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate, evaluate, and customize care, assist with admission and discharge processes, and support improved outcomes through collaboration with leadership and subject matter experts. The CNC provides coaching, feedback, and training to staff, aids in staff scheduling, and ensures nursing care compliance with policies.
Qualifications & SkillsCandidates must be Registered Nurses with an associate or bachelor's degree, and obtain Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications within 30 days of employment. Essential skills include strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and the ability to evaluate and improve nursing practices.
