Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinating all unit functions in partnership with the management team.
Key Responsibilities:Partner with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate and customize care, assist with admissions and discharges, support improved outcomes and service, provide coaching and training to staff, and assist with staff scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills:Must be a registered nurse with a Bachelor's or Associate degree, and have at least 1 year of experience. Certifications required within 30 days of employment include Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and NIH Stroke Scale.
