• Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with the production plan or forecast needs.
• Wrap, date, and rotate food items.
• Utilize whole food products, eliminating any waste.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Alert the chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner.
• Requisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production.
• Ensure proper storage of food items.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Associate’s Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
