• Audit Associate

Requirements:

• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred (required for Manager level and above)
• Prior public accounting experience (varies by level)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and audit procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A team-first attitude and a growth-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities (based on position):

• Perform or supervise audits of financial statements
• Plan and execute fieldwork with attention to risk and quality
• Review work papers and ensure compliance with audit standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and support development of junior staff
