Client Advocate

A background in either Consumer or Mortgage lending is a requirement

We are looking for a reliable LOS (Loan Origination Software) Client Advocate. This is a customer service position that will be in direct contact with our clients’ administrators and executives to determine their satisfaction level with our product and service. The Client Advocate will also be responsible with managing client expectations and providing information our clients might find beneficial to their business.

This position will also work closely with sales, support and quality assurance within Integra Software Systems. The person at this position will also put together and lead regular client video meetings to highlight new release items. Creating and managing an annual users’ group conference will be a future role for this position. The purpose of the Client Advocate is to develop & maintain a strong relationship of mutual respect while providing value to the client:

• Strong communications skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Be able to non-defensively solicit both negative and positive feedback from client
• Follow through on commitments made.
• Communicate often (i.e. email recaps/takeaways/status/update)
• Ability to forge trust relationships and enhance customer dedication

• Lending experience required, particularly Portfolio Lending an advantage
• Knowledge of banking computer software and MS Office
• Experience in creating detailed business analysis; outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• BS degree in computer science, business administration, finance, economics, or a related fie
