Location Tennessee### Description Welcome to a world where alcohol meets hard work! We are looking for college students or recent graduates with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mentality to spend some time with us learning what it's like to work in the wine and cider industry.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Working tasting rooms

Learning sales and leadership strategies

Giving feedback to staff

Ordering and forecasting

Assisting with special events and festivals

Packing club shipments

Learning pricing strategies

Sourcing new vendors and products

Controlling inventory

Bottling and labeling product

Assist with pressing, filtering, and fermenting fruit

Learning how to blend and test products for quality control

This position will require local travel to different properties. Pay is $15 (plus tips on tasting room days) per hour for 30-40 hours per week. Shifts and days may vary.### Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ preferred)  Must have your own transportation and a valid driver's license
