A Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction programs from inception to completion. This role is critical in ensuring that programs are executed efficiently, completed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction programs.
• Drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Travel to project sites as needed.

• Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within convenience store or retail environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly.
• A track record of successfully delivering projects of varying size and complexity.
