Project Estimator - Property Restoration & Rebuild

Job Description

The Project Estimator is responsible for evaluating property damage, developing detailed repair scopes, and preparing accurate estimates for insurance‐related rebuild projects. This role works closely with mitigation teams, contractors, adjusters, and homeowners to ensure repair plans are complete, compliant, and aligned with carrier guidelines.

You will inspect damaged structures, document repair needs, create Xactimate estimates, coordinate subcontractors, and support project management throughout the rebuild process. This position requires strong communication skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple active projects.
