Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Representative

• Answer inbound customer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests efficiently
• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
• Resolve issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities

Qualifications
- Customer Service Representative

• Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or phone support experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
