Special Education Teacher

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students in a K-5 self-contained classroom setting for the  school year.

• Setting: Self-contained special education classroom
• Caseload: Approximately 13 students
• Student Population: Students with varying disabilities, including Autism and developmental delays
• Pay: $47-$52/hour on W-2

• Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Provide specialized academic, behavioral, and functional support.
• Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of student needs.
• Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, families, and school staff.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Experience working with students with Autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
