Sirius Staffing is hiring an I&E Construction Manager for a long‑term contract at a chemical manufacturing site in Etowah, TN. The role oversees installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and control systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and compliant with safety protocols.

• Direct daily construction activities, including contractor supervision, inspection coordination, and site safety compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Ensure all electrical, instrumentation, and automation components are installed according to engineering designs and specifications.
• Enforce company and regulatory HSSE standards and participate in audits.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field operations to align on scope, constructability, and material procurement.
• Maintain project records and manage contractor change orders.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with PLC systems, SCADA, and field instruments.
• Construction management experience.
• Significant experience in industrial construction, specifically with I&E systems in industries such as oil & gas.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, instrumentation installation, and technical schematics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
