Position: Client Partner-Healthcare (Payer)

With a strong presence across industries, they specialize in leveraging emerging technologies such as IoT, Digital Engineering, Cloud, and AI to help clients achieve operational excellence and business growth. Their Automotive practice focuses on enabling next-generation mobility solutions, software‑defined vehicles, and connected ecosystems for leading OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers worldwide.

Location: Louisville or Nashville, TN

NOTE: Candidates from other parts of the US with a strong match can apply but need to relocate to Louisville or Nashville (relocation within 2‑3 months after joining).

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship & Account Management:
  • Manage a large client account and ensure growth in revenue and service adoption.
  • Develop new business opportunities within the account to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client leadership.
  • Liaison with clients to understand business needs and analytics requirements.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic & Operational Oversight:
  • Responsible for overall client relationship management, including escalation handling and stakeholder management.
  • Own P&L management for the account.
  • Drive adoption of analytics solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Delivery & Innovation Oversight:
  • Collaborate with analytics delivery teams (onsite/offshore) to ensure project delivery excellence.
  • Oversee analytics solutions, dashboards, and insights that impact client decision‑making.
  • Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions to identify innovation opportunities.

  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Insurance, business intelligence, and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View).
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics programming tools.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytics best practices.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and advanced analytics frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to translate analytics insights into business recommendations and growth opportunities.
