Cracker Barrel is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple digital delivery teams. You will apply Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices across complex work streams, drive ceremonies, and coordinate across product, IT, marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure predictable delivery.
You will mentor teams, improve backlog health, and partner with Product Owners to align roadmaps and acceptance criteria. This is a full-time on-site role at our Store Support Center in Tennessee.
