Responsible for the management of recruitment and departmental programs that aim to reduce turnover in the workforce. Help management evaluate the effectiveness of new hire on board as well as farm talent management and human capital management strategies for all employees. Assist in development of strategies that align talent development programs and human capital strategies to ensure organizational goals are met.

Facilitate Leadership Training in English and Spanish. Normal Schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, schedule may vary depending on departmental needs.

• Responsible for all phases of the packing function required to plan and package daily customer orders based on information from Sales Team.
• Ensures proper procedures are in place and being followed for employee safety, product quality, packing efficiency and state and federal guidelines.
• Develop and maintain all sanitation, processing and food safety standards required for handling, slicing, and packing fresh mushrooms.
• Direct and motivate crew members in meeting plant and company objectives.
• Utilize Continuous Improvement processes to drive improvements and manage cost control.
