One of our top clients in LaVergne, TN is rapidly growing and currently seeking experienced Repair Technicians to join their team

As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing server units by following work instructions, replacing components, testing functionality, and documenting repairs in a quality system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble and reassemble server units following detailed work instructions
  • Replace defective parts and perform electronic repair tasks
  • Test units using approved equipment and process flows
  • Accurately document repairs in the QMS shop floor system
  • Inspect products for labeling and quality compliance
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Report recurring issues or defects to engineering teams
  • Support continuous improvement and production goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Pay & Schedule
  • Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.75/hour (based on shift)
  • Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings
  • Overtime:
    Mandatory overtime may be required, including weekends when called

  • Onsite orientation will be provided
Requirements
  • Previous electronics/server repair experience is required
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize defects
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, internet, data entry)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
  • Must be able to wear ESD gloves and follow safety procedures
Preferred Skills
  • Electronic repair experience
  • Familiarity with test equipment
  • Experience in production, assembly, or warehouse environments
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
