** What You Will Do as a Utility/Box Baler:
*** Operates the box baler (compresses used cartons)
* Responsible for sorting reusable cartons.
* Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments, including Hi-Bay.
* Help with clean up as needed.
* Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors.

* HOURS:
*
* ** 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM**, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
** How You Will Make a Difference:
** As a Utility/Box Baler, you will operate the box baler, manage and separate the workflow, and make safety and a clean work environment a priority.
** Skills for Success:
*** This position requires close attention to detail and neatness of cartons.
* This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Able to stand up for 8 hours.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Ability to work overtime.
* Ability to work weekends, when needed.
* Must follow directions well.
* Good attendance is a must.
