Job description:
Immediately hiring for 1st and 2nd, and 3rd shift!
1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm
3rd shift Monday night - Friday night 10:00PM
-6:30am
$18.50-$19.50 Per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent attendance is a must!
Must be able to stand for the entire shift and have good hand to eye coordination to assemble parts.
Perform assembly tasks as per standard operating procedures, blueprints, and work instructions.
Inspect components and finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
Attach Foam pieces to components, ensuring proper placement.
Operate various hand and power tools to assemble, and adjust.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Report any issues, defects, or malfunctions to the supervisor or quality control team.
Assist in the continuous improvement of assembly processes, suggesting process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
Basic hand to eye coordination
Positive Attitude
Amazing attendance record!
Basic reading, math and reasoning skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and follow work schedule.
