  • Must work at least 2 shifts per month to keep PRN status

Competitive Pay

  • LPN Pay Range based on years experience: $30 - $35/hr
  • RN Pay Range based on years of experience: $33 - $38/hr

What You'll Do

As a PRN Nurse, you'll play an essential role in ensuring residents receive high‑quality, compassionate care while supporting the overall health and wellness of our community.

  • Provide nursing care and clinical oversight for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
  • Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident wellness initiatives
  • Provide leadership and support to caregivers and care staff
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
What We're Looking For
  • Current LPN or RN license in good standing
  • Compassionate and resident‑focused approach to care
  • Strong assessment and critical‑thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long‑Term Care, or Senior Living preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
