Shalom Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to plan, organize and direct hospice care in home and community settings. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and educate families.
The role requires coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, on-call duties, and supervision of aides. A current RN license and CPR certification are required. Experience in public health, home care, or hospice nursing is preferred.
