As a Locum NP or PA, you'll manage a variety of cases, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff, and play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes. • Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment of patients in a hospitalist setting
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy
• Conduct physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients on health management and preventive care
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant program
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in internal medicine or hospitalist settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced cardio life support (ACLS) certification is a plus
