Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated LTAC Registered Nurse for a local assignment in Jackson, TN. You will provide complex, long-term acute care to medically fragile adults, including ventilator and tracheostomy patients.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, and close monitoring of chronic and acute conditions. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care accurately.
