Job Purpose: As a Lawn Care Technician, you will play a vital role in our team, reporting to the Plant Healthcare Operations Manager. You will be responsible for providing plant healthcare services to our clients, ensuring the health and vitality of our clients' landscapes.

• Mix chemicals and water in spray tanks, ensuring proper ratios are maintained.
• Read and interpret chemical labels to ensure accurate application and safety.
• Perform fertilization treatments, including spraying pesticides, applying fertilizers, aerating, over seeding, and diagnosing plant health issues for lawns, trees, and shrubs.
• Collaborate with clients and supervisor to achieve maximum success in plant healthcare efforts.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of pest control and fertilization methods after application, communicating progress to customers and supervisor.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including but not limited to small engine equipment, spray pumps, aerators, mowers, and track loaders as assigned for your use, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards are met.
• Perform such other activities as may be temporarily or permanently assigned.

• 1-3 years of relevant pest control, fertilization, horticulture, or agriculture experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with all customers, team members, and those from external organizations.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, typically consisting of 45–50 hour weeks.
• Willingness to grow with the company.

• Required to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting.
• Ability to lift 15-50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to lift 51-90 lbs occasionally.
• Work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Perform difficult and strenuous physical labor.

• Category 3, Category 7 certification holders preferred.
• Assistance provided in obtaining Category 3 certification (must pass within 30 days of employment)
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
• Paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
