• At least 18 years old.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in bakeries, restaurants, or food‑service environments.
• Experience operating a commercial oven.
• Willingness to work early‑morning and weekend shifts.
• Good communication skills and ability to build genuine connections.
